Aero Canopies was founded in 1997,
and was the fruit of a diversification
strategy of a family business namely
Fibreglass Designs (Pty) Ltd which
was established in 1968.

We have two manufacturing plants,
which are located in Isando, Gauteng
and Parow, Western Cape. From these
we supply motors dealers and outlying
fitment centres with our leading quality
products.

The name "aero" in Aero Canopy,
comes from the word 'aerodynamic',
a true and accurate description of our
canopy. We are very proud of our
product!

Quality and service are at the top of
our list when it comes to customer
satisfaction which resulted in us being
approved by the major manufacturers
of light delivery vehicles and double
cabs as direct suppliers.

Our slogan: "Styling to
compliment your bakkie" tells
you what Aero Canopies is all about;
we simply don’t like to make ugly
canopies.

We have a flair for practical and
tasteful styling, including the ability
and facilities to create just that. We
are meticulous in blending the
canopy's styling with that of the
bakkie, also taking care of practical
elements like ample space inside the
canopy and clearing the factory-fitted
roll bar.
